Hello, hello, hello, well Spring has allegedly sprung, not that you’d know it here in soggy and miserable Oughtibridge, although I have seen the Snowdrops start to peek out which is always good to see.
So, my darling's things are a bit bleak on all fronts at the moment, both home and abroad aren’t they and there is a lot of fear and upset knocking around so what can we do to keep our spirits up?
Well first of all we can get by just doing the small things to keep us moving forward, even if it’s just making soup as my dear old Nan would say. In times of trouble, just make soup, it gives you something small but positive to do and keeps everyone fed and nourished.
Spending time on self-care is especially important, again even if it’s just having a lovely hot soak in the bath or a bit of cakey bun or a glass of your favourite tipple. Do something to add a bit of nice.
Finally, when things seem dire and troublesome, I try not to focus on the bad, but I look for the helpers and the heroes of the male, female or whatever one identifies as- variety, they’re there I promise you. Sorting, collecting, assisting and trying to help and make things right. Even better become one and let’s help our fellow human souls, everyone can do something no matter how small, see what your local communities are organising. Doing something positive will make you feel positive I promise.

Like Moldavite in last week’s episode, this week also has an extra-terrestrial connection. Sacred to the Native American tribes, TURQUOISE was gifted to them as a people as a protection stone from the Star People or Sky Gods. Tribes such as the ZUNI, CREE, HOPI, and LAKOTA all possess verbal traditions, which talk about the Star People -who came as Teachers and upgraded the human race through the DNA sequence.
The Star people provided Turquoise as a means to bridge the gap between our world and theirs, enhancing communication as well as protecting and defending the Humans against injury. You may be aware that a great deal of Native American Jewellery is Silver, and Turquoise based, and this is worn to identify the Humans / tribe to the Sky Gods when they return, and every verbal native American tribe tells of their return one day, may be sooner than you think.
I do hope so we need all the help we can get at the moment eh? I love Turquoise and I like it for the connections I have explained but also because it has such an Earthy and ancient quality about it. It feels old and wise and aware of things outside of our basic limitations. It is a really efficient healer stone and a powerful energy conduit for letting go of self-sabotaging behaviours. Welcome to this week’s COSMIC CRUISE, and this week our focus is on LEO. Leo, the sign of Leo the grand Lion, falls between the 23rd of July and the 22nd of August and is a passionate fire sign ruled by the Sun. I have so many Leos in my life it is ridiculous, it’s a good job I get on with them and know how to look after them especially as I married one!! I like fire signs because they can be fun, opinionated, spontaneous, inspirational and competitive to the Nth degree. The most charismatic and magnetic sign of the Zodiac, Leo’s can be warm, creative and generous, they are often confident and often love being in the limelight and in charge of others. People love to be in their presence. I’ve been on the end of the Leo’s roar more than once I can tell you. Mother dearest is a Leo.

The Planetary crystal for Leo is the master crystal QUARTZ. The most powerful of course for all aspects of healing and spirituality. It is a clear conduit for universal energy and provides clarity of vision and great protective powers.
The Tarot card for Leo is STRENGTH, both emotional and physical strength, as they are blessed with great courage and fortitude, not always apparent but deep and sometimes quiet. You overcome life’s issues with a core stability of knowing exactly who you are and what you want.

So, we are going to do the three-card reading for Leo for the next three months. So, that's March, April, May, and in March we pull the ACE OF CUPS, first and foremost, which is a fantastic card. As we know, aces are the peak experience of that particular suit, so March should be looking like your cup is runneth over, Leo friends. This is a lovely card to have so you're feeling fulfilled. You're feeling happy. Lots of warmth, lots of positive vibes coming your way and the universe has most definitely got your back.
This is followed up by the April Card which is THE SUN. So that's again everything, feeling OK and fine and dandy, everything is coming to fruition. We're feeling warm. It's one of the most positive cards in the Tarot deck. But there's a little bit of a word of warning.
So, for March, April going into May, we've got THE TOWER card, so going into May THE TOWER card is a bolt out of the blue. It's one of those occasions where the universe steps in to create change. Now this could feel initially like a negative change, things out of control. Things are out of your control at this time, but the universe has got your back because we've got 2 positive cards proceeding THE TOWER. This change is necessary, and it may be forcing you down a path that you should be going down anyway, so don't worry about it.
Change is good, but it can feel at the time like you've had the carpet ripped from underneath your feet, so it may feel going into May that, things are a little bit out of control that things aren't as positive as you seem, and you may be finding out some stuff that you didn't know in the first few months, so, just be careful, don't let it over wrought you, don't let it over worry you, because change is for the best.

MR M - Thank you, Mel, hello again everyone. Just the one question this week Mel, which comes from Suzanne in Falkirk who asks -:
With so many advances being made in science and technology, do you think that in the near future time travel will be possible?
Mel - Well it's funny you should mention that Suzanne, coz I was reading something the other day where they've said that they've already done it.
But it's, it's a theoretical thing at the moment, because in order to time travel properly you have to be able to go faster than the speed of light and we aren't quite there yet. However, if you have anything, or you know anybody who's into multi-dimensional kind of work, they will tell you that time is fluid and time shifts and drifts happen all the time and they also think that deja vu is a little bit of that. So, I think it does happen.
I think that time itself is not linear. We have to make it linear in order to deal with it. I once had it described to me by a professor of quantum physics as being actually more like a corkscrew. So, time is more like a spiral rather than a line and if you are sensitive enough or you have the capability, you can see between the circles of the screw if you like. That's what you're seeing if you see like the WHITE LADY ghosts or STONE TAPE THEORY. That kind of thing.
So, it's not a brilliant answer coz an answer could go on for hours in relation to the quantum physics of that one, but I hope it gives you something to think about. It's certainly a fascinating subject.

Welcome to MR M’s MENAGERIE. Hello everyone and welcome to this week’s episode. Today, I will be taking a look at THE BILDERBERG GROUP. I’ve spoken about a number of organisations in these episodes, but THE BILDERBERG GROUP, must surely be one of the most influential and powerful organisations on the planet.
The group met for the first time in the then village of Oosterbeek, in the eastern part of The Netherlands in 1954 at The Bilderberg Hotel and was the brainchild of the Polish political activist JOSEF RETINGER. Retinger was well known in European political circles. He was a powerbroker, with significant ties to Western Intelligence agencies. He was a known Freemason, and was instrumental in setting up the European Movement, an international movement aimed at co-ordinating associations and national councils to promote European integration, an early forerunner to the European Common Market and subsequently The European Union. Retinger was referred to as a ‘GREY EMINENCE’, a term given to those people who are known as powerful decision makers or advisors who operate behind the scenes in a non-public or unofficial capacity, and as I hope to demonstrate, he was and is not alone operating in this regard.
Retinger was concerned at the depth of anti- western feeling from parts of Europe. Remember, at the time, this was less than 10 years after the end of World War II, and whilst the western part of Europe was amenable to the Western style of Government and politics, the Eastern half of the Continent, was becoming increasingly hostile to Western ideas due to the rise of the Soviet Union and its influence over those sovereign nations located in the eastern part of Europe. The group's original goal was the promotion of U.S.-European relations and preventing another World War.
Since the first meeting in 1954, the group meets annually. The delegates attending, are strictly controlled, with approximately 130 people invited to attend each year which include politicians, leaders in the fields of industry, finance, labour, the arts, media and academia. Approximately 2/3 of the attendees are from Europe, the remainder from the USA. A steering committee is comprised of a few select individuals who have the responsibility for selecting the guests, location, media and agenda.
What sets THE BILDERBERG GROUP apart from many other organizations, is the makeup and composition of the attendees. Take the last meeting that took place in 2019 for example, the meetings in 2020 & 2021 being cancelled due to the COVID Pandemic and the restrictions in place in respect of travel & meetings. A quick look at some of the invitees, gives you an idea of the type of person attending, or more importantly the positions that they held at the time. We have -: Jared Kushner (Senior advisor to President Donald Trump), French Economy Minister Bruno Le Maire, Credit Suisse CEO Tidjane Thiam, Bank of England Governor Mark Carney, former Google CEO Eric Schmidt, Total CEO Patrick Pouyanne, NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, and former U.S. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger. Now that is a pretty heavyweight group of attendees, and in the past a number of politicians who went on to become leaders of their countries have also been in attendance, including former German Chancellor Angela Merkel, former President Bill Clinton (When he was Governor of Arkansas), Tony Blair & David Cameron (Both former Prime Ministers of the UK). US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and head of the US State Department Condoleeza Rice have also been attendees in the past. So, this is no lightweight gathering. The BILDERBERG GROUP do publish their list of attendees and the agenda for the meetings, and the subject matter is one that covers a wide variety of topics. For example, the agenda for the 2019 meeting listed the topics under discussion as -:

2. What Next for Europe?
3. Climate Change and Sustainability
4. China
5. Russia
6. The Future of Capitalism
7. Brexit
8. The Ethics of Artificial Intelligence
9. The Weaponization of Social Media
10. The Importance of Space
11. Cyber Threats
All very serious topics, and in light of recent world events very relevant. So why the interest in THE BILDERBERG GROUP, I hear you ask, as everything seems to be on the level. Well, one of the things that is always levelled at the group is the fact that the meetings are conducted under the CHATHAM HOUSE RULE. Now, for those of you not familiar with this rule, it was devised by The Royal Institute of Foreign Affairs, here in the United Kingdom. This is an independent organisation which promotes research and discussion of international affairs. The CHATHAM HOUSE RULE is used worldwide to facilitate freedom of speech and more importantly, give the meeting total confidentiality. In essence the meetings held under the banner of THE CHATHAM HOUSE RULE means that participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor of any other participant may be revealed. Thanks to the private nature of the meeting, the participants take part as individuals rather than in any official capacity, and hence are not bound by the conventions of their office or by pre-agreed positions. As such, they can take time to listen, reflect and gather insights. There are no resolutions proposed, no votes are taken, and no policy statements are issued.
Now it is this rule that has many people wondering exactly what is discussed and by whom? You see, people attending due to their professional standing are not compelled to conform to the restrictions placed under them by Government or state. In fact, they can say what they want, which may well be at variance with official communications and standing orders of their respective Governments and leaders.
There has long been a theory that THE BILDERBERG GROUP, consisting of the most powerful people on the planet are working together to create a NEW WORLD ORDER. This is a term I have discussed in previous episodes, but of all the many theories about the group, this concept is at the top of the list. In essence the idea of a NEW WORLD ORDER is that there exists a secretive group of powerful elite individuals around the world, whose globalist agenda is to rule the entire world, with a one world Government. Sovereign nation states would no longer exist, and the population would be controlled by propaganda. Those who have studied the BILDERBERG GROUP claim that its invited attendees are part of a secret cabal that operates on a number of fronts to orchestrate significant financial and political change, to cause systemic crises and to implement and enforce controversial policies at both national and international levels. All this being done to achieve the goal of THE NEW WORLD ORDER. Sounds far-fetched, doesn’t it? Well in popular media we have examples of global organisations and individuals manipulating events for their own purpose. Think of Spectre in the James Bond movies, Voldermort in The Harry Potter films, Darth Vader in the Star Wars films. All are examples of people or organisations trying to rule in totality.
Now if this concept sounds familiar, then look no further than the Geroge Orwell novel 1984. In his book, Orwell describes a dystopian future, where the world is divided up into 3 Superstates, Oceania, Eurasia, and Eastasia, that are deadlocked in a permanent war. The superpowers are so evenly matched that a decisive victory is impossible, but the real reason for the war is to keep their economies productive without adding to the wealth of their citizens, who live, with the exception of a privileged few, in a state of fear and poverty. In order to maintain its power, the Party keeps its citizens under constant surveillance, monitoring even their thoughts, and arresting and "vaporizing" individuals if they show signs of discontent or nonconformity. Okay, that last part is a bit extreme I grant you, but slowly but surely, our individual rights and entitlements are being infringed upon by Government. Electronic ID’s, facial recognition software, mobile phone and e-mail tracking and interception, all these things are with us right now. So, Orwell’s description of the future doesn’t seem too farfetched at all.
So how would this group go about bringing about this NEW WORLD ORDER? I’m going to give a few examples, maybe some or all of them might resonate with you.
Firstly, Media is controlled very heavily by very few companies. Governments actively participate in the censorship of media, as well as promote disinformation if it serves their purpose. Media is controlled very heavily by only a few companies worldwide. The censorship goals of the BILDERBERG GROUP are to make views popular by hiding the group’s real intent so that these views become public policy. After that, they can pressure governmental leaders and push them in the directions they want them to follow. These are propaganda campaigns that are carefully designed to create public opinion in order to protect corporate power.
Secondly, the creation of Trade Zones and Trade Agreement that benefits the multinational corporations. They have little interest in any improving the economic levels for the lower classes as long as there are enough of them that are able to buy their products. The jobs all move to the places with the lowest wages, no benefits, and bad working conditions. This allows the multinational corporations to maximize profits.
Thirdly, one way the BILDERBERG GROUP can reduce the human population is by causing pandemics. Biological agents can be intentionally used to cause a major outbreak of illness, which kills millions. Many of the super elite have so little concern for the masses that they consider this the same as culling a herd of animals, as long as the elite can survive the outbreak, along with their friends and families, this is all they care about.
Finally, cause a global Economic crisis, or create one for a Sovereign nation, that generates decades of decline or poverty. Think about the 2006 US Housing market collapse and the global effect that it had. Economic hardship allows the BILDERBERG GROUP to re-set national economies with an agenda controlled by banks and the wealthy.
There are so many ways that THE BILDERBERG GROUP could affect their aims, far too many to talk about here, but did any of the examples I just mentioned make you think, you know what MR M, you could be onto something here?
Now there may be some of you listening who believe that THE BILDERBERG GROUP are nothing more than a group of wealthy individuals who like to get together in private, separated from us the great unwashed by security guards and meet up to drink good wine and eat the best food, in the comfort of opulent surroundings, and that there is nothing sinister or indeed worrying about these meetings taking place. In argument against that, let me quote the former British Politician Denis Healey, a founder member of the group, and a member of the group steering committee for over 30 years, who said this in 2001 -: "To say we were striving for a ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT is exaggerated, but not wholly unfair. Those of us in BILDERBERG felt we couldn't go on forever fighting one another for nothing and killing people and rendering millions homeless. So, we felt that a single community throughout the world would be a good thing.”

This New Moon is all about new beginnings as it is the beginning of a new cycle and you fishy folk will be particularly affected by this energy this month. It is essentially the New Year for Pisceans. This is a great time to commit to taking that necessary leap of faith to get that personal goal or wish achieved. Any project that requires creativity, innovation and ingenuity will be successful if it is started at this time. This New Moon is warm and generous and forgives any slights or impression of imperfection, accepting that nothing in life is ever truly perfect and neither are we.
Here’s a lovely New Moon Bath Salts recipe to help supercharge you for the New Moon, courtesy of our friends at the Simmering Cauldron. Also, you need to do a little preparation for this one!
Make these Bath Salts before the actual New Moon because you are going to supercharge them with some help from our crystal pals, SELENITE and BLOODSTONE.
Take a bowl and to the bowl add one cup of FINE HIMALYAN SALT, add one cup of COARSE HIMALYAN SALT and a tablespoon of BAKING POWDER. Place the Selenite and Bloodstone crystals into the salt mixture and leave the mixture out in the light of the Moon, the night before the New Moon. For extra oomph add some more Selenite and Bloodstone crystals around the bowl.
Once charged you can use the salts in your new moon bath ritual to cleanse and recharge your energies. A word of warning about the crystals though, so not be tempted to add them to your bath, Selenite does not like water folks, and it will dissolve. I would hate you to lose a favourite crystal now.

When Mel and Rash asked me to make a contribution to their amazing Podcast, it seemed like perfect timing to share my spiritual journey over the last 6 years. October 2016, was when it all began for me, 6 years ago! Back in late 2018, I was first introduced to a teacher called Richard Rudd and his system of The Gene Keys. The Gene Keys help us to understand or ‘innerstand’ the very nature of our own being and soul’s journey in this lifetime. As a perpetual student, I have been dipping in and out of this vast tome of work ever since, as part of my own journey of self-discovery and soul’s evolution. It is broad, deep and wide and most certainly not for the faint-hearted. If you want to delve deeply into what makes you tick, how you can live a life more aligned to your soul’s purpose – then the Gene Keys may be the self-study system you’ve been looking for.
We begin our journey with a free profile and basic report on what is referred to as our ‘HOLOGENETIC PROFILE’. This profile is based on the time, place and date on which our soul incarnated in this lifetime. The SHADOW refers to the lower frequency expression of that Gene Key, that which may pull us into what we may describe as ‘negative’ aspects of behaviour, illness and emotional states. The Shadow is the unseen aspect of us. Many of you will have heard of Karl Jung who is known as the founder of this branch of psychology and esoteric teaching. Shadow work is absolutely key to the unlocking of our GIFTS. Without this deep, introspective work, we will never allow ourselves to lift into the higher vibrational states we need to, in order to grow and evolve. Many never make this transition. The Gift begins to emerge when we start to work through and embody the higher vibrational aspects of the Gene Key. The SIDDHI is the highest expressed aspect of each Key – usually emerging after years of self-work on our inner states and environment…..
And this is only just the beginning!!
As I’ve said, it’s over 3 years since I’ve been delving into this amazing system of self-awareness and embodiment. I only just feel like I’m able to share my learning now. The Gene Keys is a great way to start your deep dive into you, particularly for those of you who love a book or two as thick as a door stop!

SP6 -SAN YIN JIAO – THREE YIN INTERSECTION.
A warning again about this point folks, not to be used by pregnant ladies please as it can induce labour so not for you this one as it is majorly powerful intersecting point between several of the meridian or energy channels, the Spleen, Kidney and Liver channels, so it is very useful for a lot of issues and crops up in just about every acupuncture prescription and it classed as one of the 10 GOLDEN POINTS.
The 10 Golden Points being the 10 most useful acupuncture points that can treat just about everything, makes me wonder why I learned over 2000 points and their actions sometimes because I do use these points the most and SP6 is one of them.
Located four finger widths up from the inside tip of the ankle bone – the point lies right on the border in the depression of the Tibia bone. This point is great for treating neurological disorders and issues with the pelvic area, hence the reason it should not be used in pregnancy. SP6 also relieves menstrual cramps, anxiety and insomnia. As always massage this point with a firm pressure, as firm as you can stand for about a minute, release and repeat as you feel necessary.
